How do I order a book?
Create a book by adding your child's artwork, customize the book with stories and titles, then proceed to checkout. Your book will be printed and shipped to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Typical delivery is 7–14 business days from order confirmation, including production and shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status in the Orders section of the app.
Can I cancel my order?
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us at info@scribbly.art as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
What if my book arrives damaged?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your book arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards can be purchased and sent digitally. Recipients can use them to pay for books or any products in the shop.
Can I share artworks with family members?
Yes! Invite family members to view and add to your collection. Go to Settings to manage family sharing.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion in Settings. Please note that this action is permanent and all your data will be removed.
